2. What data we access via the Pinterest API

Our application connects to the Pinterest API solely to manage our own Pinterest business account. Through this connection we may:

• Read data about our own Pins and Boards (titles, descriptions, IDs, basic performance metrics such as impressions, saves, and clicks)
• Create new Pins on our own Boards

We do not access, read, or store data belonging to any other Pinterest user or account.

3. How we use this data

Data retrieved from the Pinterest API is used exclusively to:

• Automate the publishing of our own content to our own Pinterest Boards
• Track the performance of our own Pins for internal content planning

4. Data storage and sharing

Access tokens and credentials are stored securely in private, access-controlled environments and are never shared with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade any data obtained through the Pinterest API. Performance data may be stored internally in private project-management tools (e.g. Notion) accessible only to us.

5. Data retention

We retain Pin performance data only as long as necessary for our own content planning purposes and delete it when no longer needed.
